Terms of Use — 13: Jack Hunt

By downloading or using 13: Jack Hunt (the "app") you accept the terms below. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app.

The game and coins

• The app is a social entertainment game; it is not a gambling or betting service. No real money can be wagered or won.
• In-game coins and cosmetics (themes, pawn skins) have no real-world monetary value, cannot be cashed out or transferred, and grant no rights outside the app.
• Everything purchasable is visual; nothing that affects game outcomes is ever sold.

Purchases

Purchases are made through the App Store / Google Play and are subject to that store's payment and refund policies. One-time purchases such as "remove ads" can be restored on a new device with the same store account via restore purchases.

Fair play

• Cheating, abusing bugs, and using offensive display names or behavior in online rooms are prohibited.
• We reserve the right to close a room or restrict access in case of violations.

Intellectual property

The app's name, artwork, card and theme designs, sounds and software belong to Atekian and may not be copied or distributed beyond personal use.

Liability

The app is provided "as is"; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
